Initial consultation to discuss goals, barriers to progress. (60-90 minutes)

Questions like, “What are your needs? What are your biggest struggles? What dietary approach are you interested in?” will be discussed.
This is an intro call to get to know each other.

Being honest & open is super important in a client-coach relationship, & this intro call will help establish a starting point & help me gather the information needed to create a solid path forward.

  • Weekly 1:1 coaching call (30-45 minutes)
    The purpose of weekly calls is to touch base in real time. This will help keep you motivated & accountable, but more importantly, give you an opportunity to ask questions, & receive education regarding fitness & nutrition.

    You will keep track of your progress through the Trainerize app where both you & I can track specific biofeedback, & your progress will be reviewed during these weekly chats.

  • Personalized nutrition plan (including macro/calorie targets, if desired)

    Nutrition plan will be based on feedback & goals of initial & subsequent consultations & can be modified on a monthly basis (or as needed). Trainerize app syncs with Apple Watch, FitBit, Withings, & MyFitnessPal so nutrition tracking is made simpler, with greater accountability.

  • Meal prep/recipe/planning
    I will help guide you to recipes that will suite your lifestyle & macro targets & desired dietary approach. I will also offer help with meal prep/meal planning strategies for both personal & family meals if needed. I don’t provide you a meal plan, but rather, I can guide & coach you to meals & foods that are appropriate for your unique goals.

  • Weekly check-in’s via Trainerize. Includes messaging to reach out to me with questions between check-in’s.

  • Tailored to YOU.
    I am not a coach with hundreds of clients. I am not advocating some cookie-cutter coaching program. My personal philosophy & approach to food has been curated over almost two decades of fine tuning my own dietary approach as I have lived life—pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy, & post-pregnancy. As a busy working mom, as a busy full-time mom.

    My knowledge is hard-won, born of years of hands-on experience with myself, my family, & others. I realize every person has their own unique set of tastes, preferences, & needs.

    While I will always advocate for a more plantbased approach, I realize the need to be flexible & nuanced when creating a better path forward for clients. What may work for one client, may not work for another. This is where having a coach, with real life experience & know how, who can see the forest for the trees, can provide invaluable insight.

  • A holistic healing nutritional approach.

    Food is powerful!
    I believe in & practice integrative nutrition; in creating dietary patterns which will entirely depend on a clients needs & goals. I marry my knowledge of nutritional healing with principles of weight loss & weight maintenance to offer a coaching program that is comprehensive & holistic. Premium clients will have the opportunity to have a more integrated experience.

  • More nutritionally focused than what basic coaching can offer.
    My premium clients will get more than an individualized nutrition plan (ie. more than just macros or a calorie plan) & will get more one-on-one time, in real time, with me, to ask questions & troubleshoot specific issues.

  • Digestion protocol.
    If food intolerances are an issue, I can provide coaching to help determine if any food(s) should be eliminated or reduced in order to improve gut health &/or reduce digestion issues.

  • Fitness plan.
    Premium clients will have the opportunity to work with me in creating a training plan that will help them achieve their body composition, weight loss, &/or lifestyle goals. Nutrition timing & supplement use can also be addressed.

    Personalized & targeted training program to fit your unique goals
    Training plan will be based on feedback & goals of initial consultation & can be modified on a monthly basis.


    Training plan is tailored to YOU (no cookie cutter programs) & is accessed via the online portal & includes exercises, sets, reps & video demos of each exercise.

    Training is based NASM’s (National Academy of Sports Medicine) OPT (Optimum Performance Training) Model which is an integrated training approach that includes flexibility, core, balance, plyometric; speed, agility, & quickness; resistance & cardiorespiratory training.

    Your specific program will be designed to help you achieve your personal fitness goals & needs.

    Training based on exercise science principles & proven methods that work
    I create a training program for you based on NASM’s OPT model that is based on integrated training (combines all aspects of fitness into one system), which provides a more holistic & more effective approach to training & fitness.

    Flexible training
    You do your own workouts, on your own time, at home or at the gym, using the Trainerize app to guide your specific workouts.

    Video check-in’s
    If you need clarification on form for a specific exercise, you can send me a video & I can do form & technique checks.

  • Premium coaching clients also get free access to any monthly group Q+A zoom calls (dates/times TBD) when I start offering those.


    ‼️ **You will need to request your coaching subscription to be canceled at least 7 days before the end of your monthly billing cycle. This plan will auto-renew every month until you switch to a different plan or cancel. You can switch to another plan at anytime—& new plan will begin once the month is completed. To switch plans, simply send me an email with “switch subscription” in subject line.
