Simply fitness is just that—a stripped down, very budget friendly version of coaching for clients who want to level up their fitness through a tailored workout program. Your training program can be accessed through the Trainerize app.

Training is based NASM’s (National Academy of Sports Medicine) OPT (Optimum Performance Training) Model which is an integrated training approach that includes flexibility, core, balance, plyometric; speed, agility, & quickness; resistance & cardiorespiratory training. Your specific program will be designed to help you achieve your personal fitness goals & needs.

Subscription to Trainerize app, where client has access to training & nutrition plan.
Check-in’s & unlimited messaging will take place through app.

Trainerize app syncs with MyFitnessPall, Apple Watch, Fitbit, & Withings.

Initial 1:1 consultation
to discuss goals, barriers to progress (15 minutes)
This is an intro call to get to know each other.

Being honest & open is super important in a client-coach relationship, & this intro call will help establish a starting point & help me gather the information needed to create a solid path forward.

Additional Features:

  • Monthly optional 1:1 coaching call (15 minutes)
    The purpose of monthly calls is to touch base in real time. This will help keep you motivated & accountable, but more importantly, give you an opportunity to ask questions.

    You will keep track of your progress through the Trainerize app, where both you & I can track specific biofeedback, & your progress will be reviewed during these monthly chats.

  • Personalized & targeted training program to fit your unique goals

    Training plan will be based on feedback & goals of initial consultation & can be modified on a monthly basis.

    Training plan is tailored to YOU (no cookie cutter programs) & is accessed via the app & includes exercises, sets, reps & video demos of each exercise.

  • Training based on exercise science principles & proven methods that work
    I create a training program for you based on NASM’s OPT model that is based on integrated training (combines all aspects of fitness into one system), which provides a more holistic & more effective approach to training & fitness.

  • Flexible training
    You do your own workouts, on your own time, at home or at the gym.

  • Weekly check-in’s via client portal using the Trainerize app. You will do a quick daily check-in via app to record data.

  • Video check-in’s: If you need clarification on form for a specific exercise, you can send me a video via the app & I can do form & technique checks.

  • Unlimited messaging to ask questions, get feedback & support.

This subscription allows you access to my Trainerize client portal where you will do regular training check-ins (cost of app is included in the package). Things like stress, sleep, weight, steps & other biomarkers can also be tracked.

Weight can be tracked daily or weekly. Progress photos need to be uploaded monthly.

Your specific training will be determined based on your unique needs & goals & will be adjusted as needed on a monthly basis. As your coach you can expect me to give you feedback on the data you give me (the better, & more data I have to work with, the more helpful I can be to you!), & answer any questions you may have regarding your training program & exercises. All messaging & online check-ins will occur through the app.

Simply Fitness also includes access to training handouts & video resources in the resource library.

This option is a great for individuals seeking greater accountability & want guidance & help with training (specifically resistance training—at home, or at the gym) in order to achieve fat loss, increase muscular endurance, &/or build muscle.

Simply fitness clients also get free access to any monthly group Q+A zoom calls (dates/times TBD) when I start offering those.

This package does not include coaching on nutrition or macros, or weekly coaching calls.
