Oh man is it hard to balance self-care, fitness & all the mom stuff!

Why is it that once you become a mom, all the things you used to love kinda take a back seat?

Oh yeah, right. It’s called babies! And those babies turn into kids. And those babies & kids require a LOT of time & attention. But I’m here to tell you, there is hope! You CAN still make time for yourself while also balancing those fundamental & important self-care items like fitness & eating well.

But…how???

First you need to figure out what your non-negotiables are—you know, the things you just won’t budge on, & have to happen every day in order for life to function properly. For me, those things are: nutrition, exercise, journaling, meditation, & having a secure knowledge that I matter (this one is a bit harder to check off a list, but is super important nonetheless).
